What Should I Say to Make My Parents Let Me Take Guitar Lesson?

What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: I really want to play Guitar, Bass and electric guitar. But I afraid to tell them! Any idea of what can I say?
I don’t have Guitar yet.

P.S. The music school is actually in front of my house

Answer: Try asking them for a tuna sandwich on rye and see how you get on.

    Tell them its something that has your interest and you’ll pay them back when you become famous :-)

    Do you have a guitar already? If so, start trying to play it as often as you can. Show a definite interest in playing. Or, if you do not have a guitar, could you borrow one from a friend, like for a weekend or so? When I did this it was my mom who suggested taking lessons.
    Otherwise, talk with a music teacher at school, even if you are not taking any music classes. They may be able to help you.
