What a great guitar players question:
Question: Can Guitar Pro Midi Files Get Played on a Regular/average C.d. Player?
Answer: No. MIDI files are just recordings of key commands, not actual sound. A MIDI sequencer requires a syth module to produce sounds.
MIDI files are of a different format and will not play in a CD player. You need wave files for that. Not even Pro files.
use nero burn an audio cd with them
you can make it work with a line in sound card
you need to play the midi file on your pc and use a sound recorder like musicmatch to record the song as wave and burn the created wave file to cd.
