Free Guitar Lessons Online?

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:

Question: Where online can I get free electric guitar lessons?
I have literally never played before. There are some on Youtube but that’s technique and stuff. I don’t know how to play at all, not one chord but I am a fast learner and I want to do this. Is there an online site where I can start from the very beginning?
